Amerikick - Team Delran - Cardio Programs

AmeriKick now offers two intense cardio programs that deliver the results you want to see.  Cardio Karate (or Fitness Kickboxing) is our traditional program, Total Body Works (TBW) is a high-powered circuit workout that gets you in and out quickly, and our FORZA WORKOUT.  Two options, one you.  Take control now, don't wait, it is your life!

Class Descriptions:

Cardio Kickboxing

60 minutes of punching an kicking your way to a slimmer body 

R.A.C.K. (Resistance and Cardio Kickboxing)

Intermixing cardio kickboxing moves with challenging and effective resistance moves.

*Kick-N-Tone*

Kicking your way to a tone body. Awesome lower body workout along with cardiovascular benefits.

Forza

Powerstrike Forza is a workout for group fitness participants utilizing training swords.  Moves that are utilized conditions upper and lower body while providing cardiovascular benefits.  Don't miss out on a great class!

MAXIMUM FAT BURNER – Looking for a challenge?? It’s here . . . utilizing the best fat blaster piece of equipment (jump rope). Intermixing the jump rope and kickboxing along with strengthening exercises giving you a fat blasting and sculpting workout.

TBW (Total Bodyworks)

A "Non-Aerobic" workout concentrating on toning and shaping the entire body using exercise bands and weights.  The resistance ball may also be used.

**20/20/20**

An intense fat burner workout.  Twenty minutes each of Forza/Kickboxing/Abs.

BOOT CAMP

This 60 minute class will push you to your breaking point. Advance and intermediate exercisers will see and feel the benefits of calisthenics, weights, sports conditioning and more! Please make sure you are physically ready and able to handle a tough class like this.

Cardio Kickboxing

Amerikick Cardio Karate ProgramEmbark on the Ultimate Journey...

Why is Cardio Kickboxing sweeping the country?  Because it gives you all the fun stuff from karate (kicking, punching, getting in shape) without any of the serious stuff (uniforms, belts, breaking concrete blocks with your head, etc.) 

Our instructors will have you breaking a serious sweat and you'll learn some serious self-defense techniques without yelling any foreign words.  It's hard work, but it's the most fun way to get into shape ever!  And like a treadmill, learning Cardio Karate will get you somewhere!

Amerikick Cardio KickboxingFitness Kickboxing takes the best part of aerobics workout (music, excitement, energy, and fitness) and mixes it with the best parts of martial arts class (self-defense techniques, kicking, punching, and blocking).  This blend creates such a fun and effective workout that fitness Kickboxing has swept the nation.
